It helps to include your device (for example, iPhone 16 or iPad Air), its iOS or iPadOS version, and the app version shown in Triptych → About.
How do I play? Open How to play from the first screen. It explains Place, Pour and Point with a small diagram for each. In Place, the “?” at the top right opens it too, and “Show Place tips again” brings back the first-run tips.
Where is my progress saved? On your device only: your Place best score and any run in progress, the Pour and Point sheet you’ve reached, and your settings. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
Will I lose progress if I delete the app? Yes. Because progress lives only on the device, deleting Triptych deletes it. There is no account or cloud backup.
Can I turn off sound or vibration? Yes. Open Settings from the first screen and switch Sound or Haptics off.
Does it need the internet? No. Triptych works fully offline, including in airplane mode.
Are there ads or in-app purchases? No. Triptych is a one-time $0.99 purchase. There are no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
I bought it on another device. Do I pay again? No. Download it again from the App Store with the same Apple Account (App Store → your account → Purchased).
Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
