The Gardner Company, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) makes Triptych: Quiet Puzzles (“Triptych”) for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains how Triptych handles information.
No data collected. Triptych does not collect, transmit, store on our servers, or share any personal information or usage data. It contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting or other third-party SDKs that collect data, and it does not use the advertising identifier or ask for tracking permission.
What stays on your device. Triptych saves your Place best score and any run in progress, the Pour and Point sheet you have reached, and your Sound and Haptics settings. This is stored locally on your device only. It never leaves the device and is not accessible to us or any third party. Deleting the app deletes it.
No accounts, no permissions. Triptych has no sign-in and does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
No internet connection needed. Triptych works fully offline and makes no network requests during play. The only links are ones you choose to tap in About (this privacy policy, the support page, and our email address). They open in your browser or mail app, outside Triptych.
Purchases. Triptych is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your payment details.
Children’s privacy. Triptych is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
